This is just a very basic FAQ. For anything more specific as regards to your eNom account functionality, please consult the eNom Support Center, read the well written support documents there or search the Knowledge Base, and/or use the eNom trouble ticket system (log in to your account, click on help -> support center -> Request Help). Support tickets are usually being replied to within 12 hours. eNom support is known to be very good.

Q: What can I do with an eNom Domain Registration Reseller account?
A: You can register many TLDs (top level domains) such as .com, .net, .info, .ca, .us, .cc, and so forth (see above list) for discounted pricing AND/OR offer domain registration services from your own Website at whatever pricing you choose to. eNom offers various tools to do so, such as Registry Rocket (free) and also an API (free) to implement this on your own site, as well as a private label domain reseller portal called PDQ (annual $99 fee). eNom's software tools as well as eNom's documentation and support are indeed known to be outstanding when compared to any other domain reseller programs!

Q: Why eNom?
A: eNom is a leading American domain registrar and for sure the company with most domain name resellers world-wide. For a reason! Domains you register with eNom come with many free extras (which, of course, you can charge your customers for, if you like), such as free email forwarding, free domain forwarding, free nameserver services, free domain name locking, free domain parking, and free 1 to 10 page website.

Q: Why not signing up directly with eNom — why with you?
A: To become an eNom Technology Partner you need to deposit US$6,950 first. If you have or expect to have a high selling sales site then you should indeed sign up directly with eNom. Our offer is mostly aimed at companies that are small to medium, web designers, as well as individuals who just want to register a couple of domains. VERY important: you are not in any way dependent from us — although you create your account through us, your contract is with eNom, and once you have funds in your account or at least one domain we are not able to delete your account, even if we wanted to. Even if our own eNom account would be deleted, your's would not. Also, if you become a successful domain reseller or otherwise change your mind, then you can always transfer your account to eNom directly. As long as you are a low to medium volume domain reseller you will have better pricing with us than you would get from eNom directly!

Q: What about the special pricing for our reseller hosting customers?
A: Best explained with an example: Say you have a €22 "Reseller Mini Plan" with us (unlimited domain hosting, 30000 MB space, 150 Gig bandwidth, either cPanel or Plesk). If you and/or your customers register 20 domains through your new eNom account in any given billing month, we will refund you US$15 (= €10) towards your €22 monthly hosting fee. If you register double that many domains, however, the maximum refund will still not be more than your monthly hosting fee. Of course, it might then make sense to upgrade your hosting plan to the next larger plan and get that for free. This benefit is, of course, IN ADDITION to whatever profit you make through the registrations. Domain pricing is completely up to you.
CONDITIONS & LIMITATIONS:
- Refunds are made monthly if at least 15 domains are registered in that particular billing month; if less than 15 domain registrations, we will refund the month after such number (15) was reached; there is no time limit!.

Q: I am no Cheap-Host.eu reseller hosting customer, can I still sign up for the eNom account?
A: You sure can, just that you won't get the extra benefit of a ¢75 refund (towards your hosting fee) per registered domain.

Q: What happens to my eNom account if I cancel my Cheap-Host.eu reseller hosting?
A: Nothing, other than loosing the ¢75 refund per registered domain.

Q: How can I be sure you won't raise domain pricing once I have signed up?
A: We guarantee that we will not raise domain prices and pricing for any add-on services unless eNom raises pricing for their ETPs. You can secure your current pricing (so we would not be able to change it even if we wanted to — only eNom can) by creating a sub-retail account ("retail," not "reseller") in your account and assign the lowest possible pricing for each domain (which is identical to your own pricing).

Q: How can I be sure you do not delete my domains or change settings, etc.?
A: ETPs can see the domains a reseller registers (this allows us to issue you the ¢75 refund, for example), but they cannot make changes of any sort; only the registrant (domain owner), the direct reseller (you), and the registrar (eNom) can.

Q: Any risks?
A: The TOS (Terms of Service agreement) states that you will be responsible for chargebacks resulting from fraudulent registrations if using eNom's billing system. However, as you will read in eNom's online help center, eNom presently pays for all chargebacks (see here). It would be up to them to change such policy. If using your own billing sytem you will have to deal with this yourself, of course.

Q: Can I cancel domain registrations — e.g. if a typo was made or for a fraud order?
A: Yes, the grace period is 5 days; contact eNom directly via trouble ticket system if there is a fraud order or mistake.

Q: How can I fund my eNom account?
A: Either by credit card, PayPal, or U.S. Check. There is a 3% processing fee for credit card and PayPal funding; no such fees for Checks.
